The Great Plains Diabetes Data Training & Roundtable was coordinated by GPTEC in association with and support of its Diabetes Data Quality Project and the Good Health and Wellness in Indian Country Initiative.
The Roundtable was held in Deadwood, South Dakota on April 25 & 26, 2017.
Key partners in the Roundtable included Great Plains Area Special Diabetes Program for Indians and Good Health & Wellness staff, GPTCHB’s Great Plains Good Health & Wellness and Great Plains Partnerships to Improve Community Health programs, GPTCHB’s Business Planning & Development Manager (Beth Lee), and staff from the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service and the University of South Dakota.
