SAMHSA Funding Opportunity: Substance Abuse in Youth Living in Tribal Communities
The program is intended to prevent underage drinking; at their discretion, grantees may also use funds to target up to two additional, data-driven substance abuse prevention priorities, such as the use of marijuana, cocaine, opioids, or methamphetamine, etc.
Eligibility is limited to:
- federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes, tribal organizations, Urban Indian Organizations, or consortia of tribes or tribal organizations and
- domestic public or private non-profit entities. Recipients who have received funding under SP-16-003 and SP-18-008 are not eligible to apply for funding under this FOA.
Applications are due March 29th.
