The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2018 Rural Communities Opioid Response Program-Planning. The purpose of RCORP is to support treatment for and prevention of substance use disorder, including opioid use disorder, in rural counties at the highest risk for substance use disorder, including the 220 counties identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as being at risk for HIV and Hepatitis C infections due to injection drug use.

Anticipated Total Annual Available FY 2018 Funding: $15,000,000
Estimated Number and Type of Awards: Approximately 75 grants Estimated Award Amount: Up to $200,000
Eligible Applicants: All domestic public and private entities, nonprofit and for-profit, are eligible to apply. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.
